⚠️ Important: The account deletion process is irreversible. When you delete your account, your progress, exercise history, and all data related to the app will be permanently removed.
Method 1: Quick Deletion In-App (Recommended)
If you have access to the app, you can delete your account directly from your device most quickly:
- Open the Physio Metric app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the "Delete Account" button and confirm.
Method 2: Account Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or don't have access, you can request account deletion via email:
- Contact us from the email address you registered or logged in with.
- Send the email to info@physiometric.app.
- Write "Account Deletion Request - Physio Metric" in the subject line.
- Once your request is verified, your data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?
