PosMetricDelete Account

Important: Deleting your account cannot be undone. Server records linked to your account are permanently deleted.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the PosMetric app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
- Write from the email address you signed in with.
- Address: info@physiometric.app
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request - PosMetric"
Once your request is verified, your data is deleted within 48 hours.
What happens when you delete your account?

| Free allowance counterRecord linked to your ID | Deleted. An anonymous device hash that does not identify you may be kept to enforce the free allowance. |
| Measurement and workout dataPhotos, results, records | Never stored on our servers. It stays on your phone and is fully deleted when you uninstall the app. |
| Crash logsFirebase Crashlytics | Technical crash records are deleted automatically within 90 days. |
Subscription: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (or the App Store on iOS).
