By downloading and using the Physio Metric app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Physio Metric is a mobile application that performs posture analysis using artificial intelligence, suggests exercises, and tracks progress. All analysis processes within the app occur locally on your device.
3. Medical Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
- Analysis results and exercise programs provided by the app never constitute medical advice.
- These results do not substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional physiotherapy services.
- If you experience pain, discomfort, or any health issues, stop using the app and consult a healthcare professional.
- You perform exercises at your own risk. The developer is not responsible for injuries that may occur during exercise.
- Physio Metric is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
4. Intellectual Property
The app's design, code, logos, exercise animations, and all other content belong to FArk Studio. They may not be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered without permission.
5. User Obligations
- You may not use the app for illegal purposes.
- You may not present app analyses to third parties as official medical reports.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
6.1 General
- The app's core features are free. Each user can perform 3 free posture analyses.
- After the free analyses are used, a Physio Metric Pro subscription is required for unlimited analyses.
6.2 Subscription Plans
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly.
- 3-Month Plan: Billed every 3 months.
- Yearly Plan: Billed annually.
Current prices are displayed on the subscription page within the app. Prices may vary based on your country and currency.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions auto-renew. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same duration.
- The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6.4 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Physio Metric → Cancel.
- After cancellation, you can continue using Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- No refund is provided for the remaining time of a cancelled subscription.
6.5 Refunds
- Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the platform (Google Play) where the purchase was made.

7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free. FArk Studio cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms
