1. The service

PosMetric (the "App") is a fitness and movement app provided by FArk Studio (the "Developer"). It offers camera-based posture measurement, a personal workout plan, 3D coach guidance and progress tracking.

2. Conditions of use

• You must be over 18 to use the App.
• You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Misuse, reverse engineering and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
• Copying, distributing or modifying App content without permission is prohibited.

3. Disclaimer

• Measurement results, movement suggestions and progress reports are for information only, for general fitness and awareness.
• If you feel discomfort during a movement, stop; consult a health professional if needed.
• You perform movements on your own responsibility. The Developer is not responsible for injuries that may occur during them.

4. Intellectual property

The App and its content (design, code, 3D animations, voices, algorithms, texts) are the intellectual property of FArk Studio and protected by copyright. Third-party components are subject to their own licenses (see About us).

5. Subscriptions and billing

5.1. Free version and PosMetric Pro

The free version of PosMetric has no time limit. Which features are free and which are part of PosMetric Pro is shown on the subscription page in the App.

5.2. Plans and prices

Subscription periods and current prices are shown on the subscription page in the App before you buy. Prices may vary by country and currency.

5.3. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, the subscription starts and you are charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial length and the price charged afterwards are shown before you confirm.

5.4. Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.

5.5. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time.
• Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PosMetric → Cancel.
• iOS (App Store, once released): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PosMetric → Cancel Subscription.
• After cancelling you keep Pro features until the end of the period. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

5.6. Refunds

Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from: Google Play · Apple.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee that measurement results are accurate or complete, or that the App will run without interruption or errors, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the App means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
